OnePlus has made an impressive smartphone and you should consider upgrading to this model. OnePlus just launched the OnePlus 7T Pro in London and will be available in other countries soon.
The biggest highlight of this device is the massive 6.67-inch display that has a 90Hz refresh rate. There is no notch or water drop on its screen and doesn’t disturb you when you are watching something or even playing games on the phone.
Whatever you are scrolling on the screen loads faster, thanks to its higher refresh rate, and it gives a smooth feeling that you will be deprived of on other devices. This phone features a pop-up camera on the top and only comes out when you will take a selfie. Just like OnePlus 7Pro.
The phone will run on Oxygen OS 10 with new customization options. The OS will feature a real-time translation for video calls. A study claims that the OxygenOS is being loved by the users and so they prefer to buy this phone.
It sports a big battery capable of fulfilling all your needs throughout the day. So you can have a sigh of relief and be more confident that it will last a full day in a single charge. The OnePlus 7T Pro is a smartphone that costs less than other leading brands in the industry.
Design and display:
The design of this phone is pretty much similar to the 7 Pro. The backside of the phone features a matte finish and there is only one color called Haze Blue. It has a large built and may be uncomfortable with small hands. It has a dimension of 162.6 X 75.9 X 8.8 mm and weighs around 206 g.
The sim tray, speaker and USB-C port are present on the lower side of the phone. No 3.5 mm jack for audio. It is interesting to note that the OnePLus 7T Pro is not water-resistant, although it can survive odd splashes
This phone has a gorgeous large display that can compete with any other handset you may notice. It has a 6.67-inch quad HD with an AMOLED display that is slightly curved at the edges and the side edges. The screen has a resolution of 3120 X 1440 with 516 pixels per inch.
The display has a 90 Hz refresh rate as mentioned earlier. This is not a common feature because many screens have 60Hz refresh rates. It is practically noticeable when you are scrolling through webpages or gaming.
There is a fingerprint scanner that is embedded in the lower bottom of the phone. This spot can be reached easily and it works quickly and accurately in identifying the fingerprint. You can also use patterns or face lock for unlocking the device but the fingerprint scanner is the most effective one.
Performance of OnePlus 7T Pro:
The OnePlus 7T Pro is equipped with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus CPU clocked at 2.96 GHz combined with 8 gigabytes of RAM, making this phone a robust one. It has a storage capacity of 256 gigabytes and does not have an option for an SD card like other OnePlus models.
The chipset will deliver superior performance and better quality graphics with Adreno 640 GPU. Optimizing an application to get enhanced performance is what makes OnePlus a better smartphone than other expensive phones. The new OxygenOS 10 which is based on Android 10 will play a major role in this. This new OS is much smoother with refined animations and jaw-dropping live wallpapers.
The 7T Pro sports a 48-megapixel main camera, a 16-megapixel wide-angle camera, and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera. The camera works fabulously in any lighting condition.
OnePlus has worked lately on its battery spec and charging technology. It has a 4085 mAh battery which supports 30 Watt fast charging, OnePlus is calling it Warp charge30 T. The company claims that you can fast charge the device 23 times faster than the previous Warp Charge 30 system.
OnePlus 7T Pro will perform all the regular tasks with much ease and will not encounter any problems.
The phone comes with the latest Oxygen OS version 10 that has an Android 10 platform. This OS features dark mode which looks stylish and the Zen mode that reminds you to switch off the phone and relax peacefully. You can have access to emergency numbers though.
The rear camera has a three set up with the 48 MP main followed by 16 MP ultra-wide-angle and 8 MP telephoto lens. It can take decent photographs. The phone clicks average photos in low light with a lot of noise. The nightscape mode, however, delivers good quality pictures. The ultra-wide mode comes in handy when you want to frame more people or scenery. The telephoto lens helps you to zoom in to things without affecting the image quality. The front 16 MP camera in the form of a pop-up pattern, takes very decent photographs.
The 4085 mAh battery used in this particular OnePLus model performs well and it stays a whole day with a single charge. The company has put all its efforts into developing the fast-charging technology and that is evident in the OnePLus 7T Pro.
OnePlus claims that this phone can charge up to 23 times faster than the previous warp charge 30 devices. That means that putting the phone on a charge for 20 minutes will yield an entire day of extensive usage.
OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition:
The McLaren Edition is just the normal OnePlus 7T Pro with more RAM and has a color coat inspired by McLaren racing cars. Apart from 12 gigabyte RAM, all the other features of the McLaren version remains the same as that of 7T Pro.
